On the latest episode of Autoline Daily, John McElroy talked about the Scout name still ranks high in marketing research. VW found through their research that Scout ranks more fondly than the VW ID. Buzz, ID.4 and Rivian. Really impressive given how long the Scout name has been out of business.
He also talked about Volkswagen Group considering more IPOs with brands like Audi, Bentley, and Lamborghini. Just like they're doing with Scout.
